BOOKING & OTHER POLICIES:

Romance Inn & Spa wants your stay with us to be a relaxing and stress free as possible. To book your vacation at Romance Inn & Spa please call us toll free at: 1-866-740-5679
or write us an email: info@romanceinn.ca. We accept Visa, Mastercard, debit card, traveler’s checks and cash.

• Adult oriented, not suited to children
• Maximum of two persons per suite please
• No pets please
• Romance Inn is a Non-Smoking Inn. If you choose to smoke in the Suites, wer reserve the right to charge $750 for cleaning fees. ~ smoking is permitted outside at patio tables
• Check in time is anytime after 4:00 p.m.
• Check out time is no later than 11:00 a.m.
  (We reserve the right to charge $50.00 per hour
  for late checkouts)

DEPOSITS FOR ROMANCE INN & SPA

• A deposit of one nights room rate or 50% of nights reserved (whichever is greater including spa treatments, packages and in-house Chef services) is processed at the time of reservation to guarantee booking.
• Reservations are guaranteed only upon receipt of deposit. We will honor your reservation by not offering your dates / room to anyone else.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ROMANCE INN & SPA.

• Our cancellation policy is 14 days advance notice; so please call at least 2 weeks ahead of the date of your stay
  if you need to cancel your reservation with us.
• A $50.00 Administration Fee applies to all cancelled reservations.
• A full refund of the deposit, less the $50 Admin. Fee, will be returned to you when you provide us with at least 14 days notice of cancellation. If you cancel with less than 14 days notice, we reserve the right to fully charge for all nights for which we are unable to secure a replacement booking. We will issue a full refund (less the $50.00 Admin Fee) provided we are able to rent the room(s) to another guest for the entire reserved period.

• 14 days also applies to guests requesting to make their reservation to a later date.
• 14 days notice also applies to any reduction in the number of nights you have committed to stay.
• No-shows and unscheduled early departures are subject to full payment for all nights/packages reserved.

Since our Sunshine Coast BC Accommodation cancellation policies must be more restrictive than a hotel, we recommend you consider TRAVELER’S INSURANCE TO PROTECT YOUR VACATION.
