Accomodation Rates Reservation Policies
۩ Breakfast: A two course hot gourmet breakfast will be delivered to the privacy of your suite
every morning of your stay; consists of Organic coffee, fresh fruit salads, yogurt, and
followed by the hot main course *except the Pacific Reflections Guest House – breakfast will be
supplied for all your breakfast needs.
۩ If you will be leaving early to take in Olympic Events, may we suggest a wholesome continental
breakfast arranged the night prior.

RESERVATION POLICIES – 2010 WINTER OLYMPICS
Feb. 1 – Mar. 31, 2010
SPECIAL EVENT DEPOSIT POLICY
■ A deposit of 50% of room nights or a deposit of one night’s room rate (whichever is greater) is
processed at the time of reservation to guarantee booking. The balance is due no later than
October 1, 2009 and will be charged to your credit card at that time.
■ Reservations made October 1, 2009 onwards for stays falling between Feb.1, 2010 – Mar. 31, 2010
(full payment is due at time of reservation).
■ Reservations are guaranteed only upon receipt of deposit. We will honor your reservation by not
offering your dates/room to anyone else.
SPECIAL EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY
■ Our cancellation policy – deadline for stays between Feb. 1, 2010 and Mar. 31, 2010 is
Sept. 30, 2009. If you cancel your reservation after September 30, 2009, there will be no refund.
■ A full refund of the deposit, less a $50.00 cancellation administration fee – will be returned when
reservations are cancelled no later than Sept. 30, 2009.
■ Reservations made after Sept. 30, 2009 for stays falling between Feb.1, 2010 – Mar. 31, 2010
are committed at time of reservation and there will be no refund or cancellation of reservation.
**Please note: Sept. 30, 2009 deadline also applies to any reduction in the number of nights you have
committed to stay or moving reservation dates to a later date. “No Shows” and unscheduled early
departures are subject to full payment for all nights/packages reserved.
Since our BC Sunshine Coast Accommodation must be more restrictive than hotels,
we recommend you consider Travellers’ Insurance to protect your vacation.
CHECK-IN – CHECK-OUT:
Check-In is from 3:00 pm onwards only; please do not arrive early as we are preparing your suite
for your arrival. If you require an earlier check-in, contact us in advance: toll free in North America at 1-866-740-5679 to make arrangements.
Check-Out is 11:00 am. We reserve the right to charge a $25.00 per half hour charge for late check-outs.
**NOTE:
■ Romance Inn and Spa is Adult Oriented and is designed, built and operated as a ♥ Romantic - Luxurious
and Relaxing getaway for couples seeking a peaceful escape, therefore, it is unsuitable for children.
■ Suites at Romance Inn and Spa accommodate a maximum of 2 or 4 persons per suite (please inquire).
■ Minimum 3 night stays are required for all stays falling between February 1, 2010 and March 31, 2010.
■ All suites at Romance Inn and Spa are Non-Smoking. Smoking is permitted outside at picnic tables.
■ No pets please, as Romance Inn is a non-pet establishment.
