Booking Policies
Romance Inn and Spa wants your stay with us to be a relaxing and stress free as possible. To book your vacation at Romance Inn and Spa please call us toll free at: 1-866-740-5679 or book online! We accept Visa, Mastercard, debit card, traveler’s checks and cash.
- Adult oriented
- Maximum of two persons per suite please
- No pets please
- All suites are non smoking - smoking is permitted outside at patio tables
- Check in time is anytime after 3:00 p.m.
- Check out time is no later than 11:00 a.m.
(We reserve the right to charge $50.00 per hour for late checkouts)
DEPOSITS FOR ROMANCE INN AND SPA.
SUNSHINE COAST ACCOMMODATION.
- A deposit of one nights room rate or 50% of nights reserved (whichever is greater including spa treatments, packages and in-house Chef services) is processed at the time of reservation to guarantee booking.
- Reservations are guaranteed only upon receipt of deposit. We will honor your reservation by not offering your dates / room to anyone else.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ROMANCE INN AND SPA.
SUNSHINE COAST ACCOMMODATION.
- Our cancellation policy is 14 days advance notice; so please call at least 2 weeks ahead of the date of your stay
if you need to cancel your reservation with us at our Sunshine Coast Bed and Breakfast.
- If you cancel with less than 14 days notice, we reserve the right to fully charge for all nights for which we are
unable to secure a replacement booking. We will issue a full refund provided we are able to rent the room(s)
to another guest for the entire reserved period.
- 14 days also applies to guests requesting to make their reservation to a later date.
- 14 days notice also applies to any reduction in the number of nights you have committed to stay.
- No-shows and unscheduled early departures are subject to full payment for all nights/packages reserved.
Since our Sunshine Coast BC Accommodation cancellation policies must be more restrictive than a hotel, we recommend you consider TRAVELER’S INSURANCE TO PROTECT YOUR VACATION.
